Practicing the traditional style of Wado Ryu, Milford Haven karate club training is on Tuesday's and Thursday's in the Meads Sports Centre, Priory Road, Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire.

Over the passed 30 years, the club has trained International Team Members, Welsh Champions and European Champions, helping to create a fantastic reputation within the martial arts community.
